What We Offer
This role is classified at Band 8, with a salary range of $120,716 to $134,703 plus 12% superannuation. You’ll have access to a vehicle, flexible working arrangements and a range of benefits that support work–life balance. About You
You are an experienced, practical leader with a strong background in civil infrastructure maintenance. You are confident leading large operational teams to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes. You bring a proven ability to manage competing priorities, budgets and programs while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance and customer experience. You lead from the front coaching, developing and holding your team accountable to lift performance and deliver results and you communicate effectively across all levels to influence and achieve outcomes.
