Our focus is on building a healthy, inclusive and connected community; a liveable and thriving environment and an organisation that listens and adapts to the need of our evolving communities.

As Team Leader Roads Network, you’ll take the lead in keeping Moorabool moving by overseeing the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of sealed and unsealed road maintenance works across the Shire. This hands on role will see you managing crews, plant and contractors while ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Balancing time in the field with smart planning and stakeholder engagement, you’ll play a key role in delivering reliable infrastructure, responding to community needs and driving practical improvements that make a visible difference every day
