The Role
As People Services Officer your administrative talent will power the heart of our recently rebranded People Services team. You’ll collaborate closely with the People Services Lead and Business Partners to deliver seamless HR support across Council including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities as well as assisting in maintaining accurate employee records. Your keen eye for detail will ensure compliance activities like Working with Children Checks are flawlessly managed, while your tech-savvy skills will keep HR systems and intranet content fresh and functional.
From preparing purchase orders and requisitions to allocating name badges and boosting our Team Moorabool content, your work will help shape a thriving, people-first workplace where every employee feels supported and valued.
