About the role

As Waste Business Officer you will be responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality waste management services across the Shire. This includes offering advice and guidance on waste collection and collaborating closely with contractors to ensure a consistent and high-performing service to the community. You will be the first point of contact for the community, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will be assisting residents with waste management enquiries, resolving concerns and promoting awareness of recycling and sustainability programs.

Desired Skills and Experience

About you

If you have exceptional organisational skills complemented by your experience in waste management and resource recovery, then we encourage you to apply. You will have the ability to plan and organise your priorities and use your highly developed communication skills to deliver outstanding service.

Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or other relevant field will be highly regarded.
