About the role

We have two exciting opportunities to join the People and Culture team in the role of Organisational Development Business Partner. 

Reporting to the Organisational Change and Capability Lead, the role works across the organisation as a trusted business partner, supporting the design and implementation of whole-of-organisation frameworks, programs and projects that support the key focus areas of Council's People Strategy. This position plays a vital role in shaping Council's culture, driving employee engagement, and developing leadership and capabilities.

Desired Skills and Experience

About you

We are looking for an experienced organisational development professional with a passion for creating impactful learning and development solutions that drive organisational success. You will have proven experience in developing and delivering OD projects, implementing improvement initiatives or change management programs; influencing, building and sustaining relationships in order to achieve results.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a high performing team so we are also seeking a dynamic professional with demonstrated experience in the development and facilitation of engagement or education workshops.
